Biography

Sean is an experienced business and commercial lawyer and acts for leading local and national companies. He advises on contracts and agreements in all facets of business, commercial and property law, including the tax, stamp duty and intellectual property aspects of transactional dealings within these areas. Sean acts in many complex business transactions, where his lateral approach to practice is of great value in advancing the interests of his clients. Sean advises on business structures and restructures with a view to achieving the best outcome for his clients. He acts for some of Tropical North Queensland’s largest hotels and operators within the tourism industry.

Sean is a Queensland Law Society Business Law Accredited Specialist, having won the Highest Achievement Award when he undertook the state-wide accreditation course in 2006.

Sean has acted and continues to act as director, committee member or honorary solicitor for local sporting and non-profit organisations. He is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and has previously delivered papers at Tax Institute conventions.
