Biography

Tim practises primarily in the fields of insurance litigation, insolvency and reconstruction. Tim's strategic approach is well suited to the challenging environment of dispute resolution.

He has a wealth of experience and a keen interest in insurance law, particularly compulsory third party insurance. He is retained for insurer clients and enjoys active involvement in all facets, from pre litigation procedures to trial.

Tim's insolvency clients include liquidators, trustees, secured creditors and government agencies. Whether assisting in reconstruction, debt driven administration or secured creditor appointments, Tim’s depth of experience and commercial approach yields dividends to his clients.
