Biography
Vince is an experienced commercial lawyer and a founding partner of Miller Harris Lawyers. Vince has extensive experience in major projects including tourism and residential development, residential land development, corporate structuring, corporate management and private universities.

He acts for a number of major property developers, as well as a large number of private clients in tax and estate planning matters. Vince has comprehensive knowledge in his areas of practice and a focused approach to his work. Vince has previously practised in national law firms in Brisbane and Darwin.

Over the last 10 years, Vince has delivered numerous presentations on revenue law and estate planning topics to accountants, financial planners and lawyers including papers on capital gains, property development, estate administration, tax issues, rural succession planning for primary producers, GST on real property transactions, Queensland duties and asset protection strategies.
