Michael Laycock practices in commercial litigation in the areas of contract disputes, lease and property disputes, negligence actions, body corporate disputes and debt recovery.

Michael’s extensive experience has been gained by acting for both corporate, institutional and individual clients. Michael’s focus is on achieving realistic commercial outcomes, with his strong knowledge of the law, backed up by an eye for pragmatic considerations which frequently impinge upon legal disputes.

He is an effective communicator and takes care to ensure his clients are fully informed of their rights and the progress of their legal matters.
