Elaine is a civil litigator and dispute resolution lawyer with a work background in commercial, property and building disputes requiring case management expertise and the ability to discern and manage a large number of facts, witnesses and documents.

Complementing her work in a broad range of industry sectors (including education, health care, adventure tourism, property and development and insurance) Elaine has a well-established Workplace Law practice with a focus on and special interest in anti-discrimination, compliance management and occupational health and safety.
