Rowan’s expertise in commercial disputes spans a wide range of industry areas particularly construction, property, insurance, banking and finance, and insolvency.

Rowan has rejoined Miller Harris Lawyers after six years in Melbourne and the completion of a Masters of Commercial Law at Melbourne University.

Rowan’s approach to disputes is pragmatic and forward-thinking.  She has a rigorous eye for detail and detailed understanding of the law, yet maintains her focus on the big picture to achieve commercial, practical results for her clients.
