We are seeking a seasoned property lawyer with 5+ years’ post-admission experience to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with senior practitioners on high-value property matters including acquisitions, leasing, development projects, and planning approvals. Job Details
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years PAE in property or commercial law, with strong knowledge of Queensland property legislation
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and development documents
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service and legal problem-solving
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage risk across varied property transactions
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles
- Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset, with interest in mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals
- High-level organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Admission to practice law in Australia
- A minimum of 5 years PAE in property law
