Testimonial from Amelia
“I had the pleasure of working at Miller Harris Lawyers for a period of three years, during which time I progressed from law graduate to senior associate. I was initially attracted to the role because of MHL’s reputation for excellence within the Cairns community. My experience has been a workplace that supports its employees, encourages personal growth, and rewards hard work. I am particularly grateful for the mentorship I received and the close bonds I formed with my colleagues, and would welcome the opportunity to work with them again in the future.”
You will also have access to a range of career benefits including:
- post graduate study support;
- on-the-job coaching and mentoring from professionals who are recognised experts in their respective fields;
- a formal and objective performance appraisal and career development program;
- in-house training programs on both technical and non-technical subject matters;
- opportunities to attend external training courses and seminars;
- working in a new, modern and dynamic office space situated in the Cairns CBD;
- competitive remuneration;
- opportunities to take part in the firm’s community and volunteer activities;
