Graduate Program
At Miller Harris Lawyers, we welcome graduate lawyers into a supportive and dynamic environment where you’ll gain experience across our key practice areas, including commercial law, property law, litigation, family law, and wills & estates. During your first year with us, we offer rotations through these teams so you can develop a broad set of legal skills while working closely with our experienced solicitors. We’re committed to helping you discover your strengths and interests as you build a solid foundation for your legal career.
We support you every step of the way as you work towards admission as a solicitor in Queensland. Whether you choose a supervised traineeship or the required Practical Legal Training (PLT), we provide mentoring, in-house training, and opportunities to connect with colleagues and clients. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities of legal practice.

Law Student
We offer law students who have completed at least one year of their law degree the opportunity to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on experience in various legal practice areas. Participants work alongside experienced lawyers and partners, gaining practical exposure to real legal work while receiving ongoing mentorship and professional development.
The program is designed to build essential legal skills and industry insight. With flexible hours, students can balance their studies and work commitments effectively, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
